Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized European carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
